I’ve been wanting to go back to basics with my music for a long time. Instead of chasing every platform, I want to host it mainly here on my own website where you can support it directly, and really be part of this journey with me. Streaming services haven’t been a fair place for artists for a long time, so I’m not releasing new music on Spotify anymore.The tracks will still appear on a couple of platforms and social media (linked below) where I feel comfortable having them, but this space is now the home for my music.

It Took Me A While
Recorded entirely on the North Devon coast using only an Ableton Move, It Took Me A While is a beatless chill electronica track built from the sounds of rocks, wind and sea. LNA sampled the ocean itself to create the central synth, layered her vocals into the texture, and captured the main vocal performance live on the beach.
The track marks a shift in her work towards something more visual and more grounded in place. Slower, spacer, and led entirely by atmosphere and emotion, it is a deliberate step away from the beat-driven production she is known for.
Simple in structure but rich in colour, It Took Me A While does what the title suggests. It asks you to slow down. And if it works the way it is meant to, it takes you right back to that beach.
